Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week stress reduction class (with retreat) designed to help students
understand personal patterns of stress reactivity and learn mindfulness practices to change the ways we respond to the
stress in our lives.
Theresa O’Halloran offers these classes in several locations around the city. This Fall:
Wednesdays, 6-8PM Attachment & Trauma Center, 638 N 109th Plaza, Omaha. Retreat: April 27, 830-230pm
$395 for the 8-week class, book, recordings and retreat.
Additional Offering:
Sunday Morning Sit: Sundays 830-915, Yoga Now 6105 Maple St. Mindfulness talk, Yoga & Meditation practice. NO FEE-
Donation to Center.
