On 3/27/2020, Pete Ricketts, Governor of the State of Nebraska, signed an Executive Order which suspends or defers several statutes and their implementing regulations from the Uniform Credentialing Act relating to specific health care providers in Nebraska.. The Department has created Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist with questions you may have relating to this Order. Links to the Executive Order and the FAQ’s can be found on the DHHS COVID-19 information webpage. Copies of both documents are also attached.

As this is an ever-evolving situation, the information contained in these documents may change. Updated information will be sent out should that occur.

If you’d like to receive notifications of the latest updates when they are posted to the DHHS website, you can sign up here.

Feel free to contact me with questions.
