Do any APPT members provide ASI Chemical Dependency Evaluations? I no longer do the ASI (Addiction Severity Index) Evaluations, or single session Evals. I only do Evals as a part of the Counseling Process for ongoing clients. I would love to be able to make a referral for the ASI. Please also let me know your charges and required methods of payment. Thank you.

I am an approved provider for CJ clients.
For me, all CJ-related evals are private pay since there’s no guarantee insurance will consider it MEDICAL NECESSITY.
I charge $210.00 & can complete the report within 10-12 business days. Payment (credit card or cash – but I am still all telehealth) is due at the time of the appointment.
