In this 4 hour workshop, we will define mindfulness and review the outcome research. We will experience, and learn body-centered practice, mindfulness meditation, and mindfulness-based practices for use in session and as home practice.
Come enjoy some meditation and movement as you develop skills in using mindfulness methods to assist clients with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and stress through practice.

A mindfulness educator, mental health practitioner, counselor educator, trained MBSR teacher and registered yoga teacher. Theresa has been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 2014 and studying mindfulness meditation since 2000.
