I teach Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes throughout the city. MBSR is an 8-week structured stress management group using meditation and yoga to help us develop a new relationship to the stress in our lives. I am qualified as an MBSR instructor and a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). Current classes offered at Attachment & Trauma Center of NE. Additionally, I offer the Work/Life Mindfulness (WLM) training in the workplace. This is a stress management program based on MBSR delivered at offices and during the workday throughout the city. Currently offering WLM for medical staff at One World.
